Kunpilot License Agreement

Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Kunpilot, formerly Kunpilot, represented by Henrique Sousa, and you, the Licensee. The Service was renamed in August 2026; the contracting party is unchanged, and an agreement entered into under the previous name remains in force under this one. By purchasing access to Kunpilot's premium feature set available at https://bskycopilot.com/ (the "Service"), Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Service is published on some platforms under the name "Social Media Copilot"; both names refer to the same service. Please note that this purchase grants access to features such as scheduling and enhanced analytics. It does not include usage of any connected network's API, nor any AI provider usage. Where a connected network charges for API access, or where a network is metered, continued use of the affected features may require your own API key or a separate paid plan.

License Grant

Kunpilot grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the premium features of the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The license is tied to a single Licensee account on the Service, which may itself have one or more social accounts connected to it. This license is activated upon a one-time payment and is strictly limited to the licensed account.

Purchase Terms

a. One-Time Payment: Access to Kunpilot’s premium features is granted through a one-time payment, providing lifetime access for the licensed account.
b. Payment and Refund Policy: Licensee agrees to pay the one-time fee as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy.
c. API Usage Exclusion: This license covers only the premium features (e.g., scheduling, enhanced analytics) and does not include Bluesky API usage. If API fees are introduced in the future, Licensee must provide their own API key for access.

AI Features Are Bring-Your-Own-Key

Premium access does not include AI usage. The Service's AI features run against an API key that Licensee supplies, billed by that provider to Licensee's own account. No AI credits are sold or included in any plan. Licensee is responsible for that spending and for complying with the AI provider's terms.

Restrictions

Licensee shall not:
- Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the Service to any third party.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Kunpilot retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to use any of Kunpilot's trademarks or service marks.

Termination

a. Termination by Licensee: Licensee may discontinue use of the Service at any time, but the one-time payment is non-refundable.
b. Termination by Kunpilot: Kunpilot may terminate this Agreement and Licensee's access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, Kunpilot, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KUNPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azores, Portugal, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Azores, Portugal.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Kunpilot regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

Changes to the Agreement

Kunpilot reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
